This is not the only incident when the detainees were died by the hand of the police.
In one of the meeting of the governerate council, which shown in the TV, the governer of Nenevah revealed similsr accident when 16 prisoners conveyed by the police to the prison, only 9 were arrived and the rest are vanished (killed) in the way.

Another similar accident.
The dead bodies found in euphrate river a couple of months ago were most probably bodies of people arrested in the city of Madain by the Iraqi police.

Simple question. But difficult answer.
No body know. No body has the courage to follow up the case!! ...He will be charged of being terrorist!
